Delivery Methods and Charges
All deliveries within New Zealand are delivered by Fastway Couriers direct to your door. If no one is home, a card may be left requesting that you contact the courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time. You can enter special delivery instructions when entering your address details. You may wish to provide a business address to ensure that there is someone available to collect your parcel.
Standard Shipping is:
$10.00 North Island in New Zealand.
$15.00 South Island in New Zealand.
Rural Delivery Shipping is $15.00 nationwide in New Zealand.

Please note that items ordered together may not always be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock, we will communicate any temporarily out of stocks with you.
Please select your shipping method carefully at checkout as the incorrect selection of your shipping type will result in delays of your order being dispatched.
Your order will be dispatched once full payment has been received.
Any specified delivery dates are estimates only and we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on the estimated date.
All customer orders are sent Mon-Fri within 48 hours of you placing your order. Once dispatched the following delivery times can be expected:
North Island: up to 2 business days.
South Island: up to 3 business days.
Please allow up to 3 extra business days for delivery to rural address areas.
To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address. Please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the delivery address.
Solely you does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, strikes and natural disasters) or delays which result from Solely you not receiving deliveries from third parties on time or as a consequence of an incorrectly filled in delivery address.
While the Solely you team hope that you’re always delighted with your purchase from us, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please note that while we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind, we will provide you with a gift voucher to enable you to purchase something that you will love.
We will of course fulfil our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act if the item/s you purchased is faulty. If you do wish to return an item you are entitled to exchange, receive a credit or a refund (where an item is faulty) excluding any delivery costs.
How to Make a Return
Please return your product within 7 days of purchase. Include your full details and original invoice being sure to include whether you would like a refund OR exchange. Place it in your parcel along with the goods to be returned or exchanged.

Please make sure you give us a daytime telephone number or your email address so we can contact you.
Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by phone or email of your exchange or refund entitlement. Goods are returned to Solely you at your own expense unless the item is faulty. Please ensure all items are packaged securely and are returned to us by registered mail with a tracking number.
Please note that Solely you is not responsible for the damage or loss of items being returned.
You can exchange any goods within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Enter your full details, including your original invoice, with your order of the goods you would like to receive. If you have decided to exchange for an item with a different dollar value we will credit or debit your card to match the difference.
If the same style is being exchanged for a different size or colour, once we receive your return we will send out your new item/items free of charge.
If you wish to receive a credit for your purchase we will issue you are credit note and when you make your next purchase you will be able to deduct the value of the credit from the total value owing. Please note credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Your refund will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card and will exclude any delivery costs, unless the item is faulty. Please be aware it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.
If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to return it you are entitled to an exchange or a credit note. You may exchange the item in our retail store by presenting your exchange card or you will be issued a credit note in the form of a gift certificate.
Faulty Goods/Incorrect Items
The team at Solely you takes great care checking all orders to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards and that we are sending you exactly what you asked for. However, if you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us to arrange a replacement with free delivery.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Please be aware that general wear and tear of products does not constitute a refund. Solely you will, where possible, replace or repair any goods deemed to be faulty, if purchased within the last 6 months. If we are unable to do this, a credit note or refund will be provided.
We do not accept exchange or refund requests for special product mark downs, samples, sale item or items that are no longer stocked unless the goods are unknowingly defective.
